Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), comfortable using AI tools and other digital solutions to work efficiently while maintaining quality, well organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, upper-intermediate or advanced Lithuanian and English language skills, available to work full time
Nice to Have
1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (an advantage)
