S. export control compliance requirements, A “U. S. Person” as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120. 62 is required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active TS/SCI U. S. Security Clearance, Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP), U. S. Citizenship Required, 1+ years of related work experience, Current, valid driver’s license, Ability to walk constantly throughout the stand 6-8 hours per climb or work from stairs up to eight hours per climb bend and twist frequently up to six hours per squat and kneel, Ability to climb ladders at heights up to 15 feet and stairs on a regular basis, Experience with installing and troubleshooting audiovisual systems
Nice to Have
3+ year of related work experience, 5+ years of related work experience, Formal education in Electronics or related field, AVIXA CTS certification, Manufacturer certifications or experience
What You'll Do.
Perform onsite AV system troubleshooting
Perform onsite AV system maintenance
Perform onsite AV system repair
Provide meeting and event support
Perform preventative maintenance
Perform daily AV system checks
Provide technical support to end users
Maintain and update system documentation
Provide AV system user training
Escalate problems to Boeing Engineering staff
Collaborate on troubleshooting
Complete and maintain training certificates
Maintain in-depth applications knowledge
Ensure maximum issue resolution
Attend daily Boeing engineering meetings
Attend daily Boeing operations meetings
Attend daily Boeing maintenance meetings
Ensure compliance with change management processes
Maintain professional demeaner
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work closely with AV engineers; work closely with AV installation technicians; work closely with other team members; collaborate on troubleshooting for issue resolution; Attend daily Boeing engineering and operations & maintenance meetings

provide end user training; provide technical support to the end users in person or by phone
