Audiovisual Project Management (Mid-Level or Senior) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems (SI&WS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Audiovisual Project Management (Mid-Level or Senior)** professional to join our team in **Herndon, VA**. **Position Responsibilities** : * Identify and maintain key project schedules and provide regular updates * Lead (Level 4) or actively participate (Level 3) in project planning to assess impacts and constraints related to product development, production rates, process improvements, and program initiatives * Coordinate with programs and capabilities to optimize resource availability aligned with project needs * Organize and facilitate regular working meetings to ensure team members execute assigned tasks and provide timely status, tracking, and reporting * Develop and maintain statements of work (SOW) for subcontracted units and coordinate make-or-buy assessments * Provide performance assessments of team members to management as appropriate * Develop innovative solutions to complex problems requiring creativity and ingenuity * Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business units to support project objectives * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * This position requires an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance and current Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) * Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience * 3+ years of experience in program or project management * 3+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools * Experience with the setup and support of large-scale Audio Visual Systems **Preferred Qualifi
