Doctoral Degree in Audiology, Master’s Degree in Audiology prior to 2008, Passing PRAXIS examination, Experience with fitting hearing aids, Current IL State Audiology License, IL State Audiology License within 60 days, BLS Certification within 30 days, CCC-A from ASHA required
Nice to Have
Cochlear implant experience, Osseo-integrated device experience
