Experience supporting enterprise AV environments onsite, Hands-on experience with Crestron, QSC, or AMX systems, Experience with Cisco Webex and Cisco collaboration devices, troubleshooting skills across AV signal flow, audio, and video systems, Excellent customer service and communication skills, Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, Ability to manage ambiguity, interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, ability to work as part of a team

The Audio Visual (AV) Technician is responsible for the onsite support, operation, and maintenance of Audio Visual systems within a dedicated client environment. This role is embedded at a single client site, providing hands-on technical support to ensure seamless operation of meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and event technologies. **Requirements** **What you'll do:** * Provide daily onsite support for AV systems across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and event spaces. * Diagnose and resolve AV issues including audio, video, conferencing, control systems, and connectivity faults. * Deliver rapid response support for live meetings and critical business events. * Perform daily room checks, preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system health monitoring. * Support and maintain AV technologies including Crestron, QSC, AMX, Cisco Webex, and Cisco room systems. * Troubleshoot integrated AV environments including signal flow, switching, and control interfaces. * Support AV hardware including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, cameras, and touch panels. * Provide white-glove support for executive meetings, town halls, presentations, and large-scale events. * Assist users with meeting setup, device connectivity, content sharing, and hybrid collaboration. * Deliver end-user support, guidance, and informal training on AV and collaboration technologies. * Maintain AV documentation, standards, and asset registers while recommending system improvements and optimis
