Audio Visual Programmer (Associate, Mid-Level or Senior) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) / Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems (SI&WS) is seeking an experienced **Audio Visual Programmer (Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior)** to join our team in **Herndon, VA**. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-visibility projects by providing expert programming and architectural support for audio-visual systems. You will be responsible for ensuring successful outcomes for our customers and end users, with a focus on Crestron equipment and environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in A/V programming and system design, contributing to innovative and reliable solutions. **Position Responsibilities** : * Design, develop, and test high performance AV solutions for government customers. * Generate custom audiovisual system designs using Crestron technologies * Support customer stakeholder meetings to collect and document or validate system requirements * Research, identify, and recommend technology options to solve customer problems * Support onsite deployment of AV systems and system configuration phases * Coordinate with customer facilities teams and other onsite sub-contractors and vendors during systems installation as required * Support the development of end-user training materials and operations and maintenance plans * Perform in-house testing and on-site commissioning at client locations * Develop expertise in the industry through continuing training, certifications, and review of trade publications **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * This position requires an Active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) * Willingness to obtain a Counterintelligence Poly (CIP) or already have a current Counterintelligence Poly (CIP) * Level 2: 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combi
