What They're Looking For.
Must Have
TS/SCI U. S. Security Clearance and current FSP (Full Scope Polygraph), U. S. Citizenship Required, 3+ years of related systems design and integration experience, or equivalent education and experience, Ability to travel to various job sites as needed, Current, valid driver’s license required, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, Experience with system integration tools, Experience with documentation platforms (e.g. , Jira, Confluence), Experience with test equipment, Familiarity with systems engineering principles, Familiarity with integration best practices
Nice to Have
5+ years of related systems design and integration experience, or equivalent education and experience, Associate degree or higher in a relevant field, Experience with government or defense systems integration projects, Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in classified environments, Relevant certifications in systems engineering or integration disciplines
What You'll Do.
Support system design
and verification activities across multiple platforms and subsystems
Develop and maintain system documentation
interface control documents
and integration plans
Perform system-level troubleshooting
and issue resolution to ensure operational readiness
Participate in design reviews
and execution to validate system performance
Provide technical support and training to internal teams and government customers as needed
Maintain compliance with security
configuration management
and change control processes
Attend daily engineering and program meetings to coordinate integration efforts and report status

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and test engineers to resolve integration challenges; Collaborate with engineering teams, program management, and customers to ensure seamless system functionality and mission success; Attend daily engineering and program meetings to coordinate integration efforts and report status; Maintain professional demeanor while working in high-pressure environments with senior officials and stakeholders
