We take a partnership approach with our clients, acting as a trusted financial sounding board and helping them make confident decisions to build and protect long-term wealth. **Role Overview:** This role supports an Australian public practice by taking ownership of core accounting and compliance preparation work. It is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong Australian practice experience who can work confidently and independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with an onshore team. **Key Responsibilities: ** * Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and workpapers for Australian clients * Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including reconciliations, BAS preparation, and compliance support * Work within the Xero ecosystem, including **Xero Tax, Xero Ledger, Xero Practice Manager (XPM),** and **FYI Docs** to manage workflows and documentation * Use software tools like **Ignition, Adobe PDF, MS Office (Excel, Word, e
