What You'll Do.

Own end-to-end outbound operations

Ensure timely order processing

Ensure carrier collections

Ensure daily dispatch execution

Maintain service level commitments

Monitor warehouse dispatch capacity

Monitor outbound workflows

Monitor carrier performance

Identify and resolve bottlenecks

Manage escalated outbound issues

Manage escalated delivery issues

Conduct investigations

Drive resolutions independently

Coordinate cross-functionally with Warehouse

Coordinate with Customer Experience

Coordinate with Supply Chain

Coordinate with Logistics teams

Support operational requirements

Support showroom replenishments

Support continuous improvement initiatives
