What You'll Do.

Assist Managing Attorney in daily operations

Supervise and train volunteers

Instruct self-represented litigants

Provide procedural instructions

Consult with staff on legal issues

Provide legal information

Assist litigants with stipulations

Prepare formal orders

Respond to inquiries during hearings

Provide services mandated by California Family Code

Write curriculum for attorneys

Teach courses for interns

Perform legal research

Prepare correspondence

Maintain proficiency through continuing education

Perform other related duties
