Attorney I - Office of the Commissioner Representing Employers Join the Texas Workforce Commission and Make a Difference for Texas Employers The Texas Workforce Commission’s (TWC) Office of the Commissioner Representing Employers is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Attorney I to join our dynamic legal team on a full-time basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable, high-level experience in employment and administrative law, directly supporting the Commissioner who represents Texas employers in matters related to workforce development and labor law. As an Attorney I in our office, you will play a vital role in advising and supporting the Commissioner, contributing to the advancement of a pro-employer environment in Texas. You will report to the Commissioner’s Senior Legal Counsel and work collaboratively as part of a small, dedicated legal team of four attorneys.  TWC is not considering applications from individuals who require sponsorship for an employment visa, including those currently on student or postgraduate visas. You must be a Texas resident to work for the Texas Workforce Commission or willing to relocate to Texas.
