**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Drafting, reviewing and providing comments on legal documents for transactions, projects or litigation, engaging in legal research and drafting legal memoranda. * Under supervision of the line managers and with support of other CLE lawyers, advising internal clients on all aspects of commercial law (excluding tax law), including antitrust and product liability law or another competence area, cooperating with other corporate functions and contract management teams and supporting the creation and implementation of robust processes. * Supporting the development of standard documents, guidelines and know-how. * Participate and support in legal area of different projects, such as M&A, restructuring, etc. * Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues inside and outside of the legal department and assisting in the preparation and organization of training. * Other administration and housekeeping work for legal and IP matters together with other team members. # Qualifications: * Bachelor degree or above in Law; * Fluent English and Mandarin (both in oral and in written); Pass the PRC bar examination will be a plus. * 3-5 years working experience in law firm or legal department of multi-international companies; * Excellent drafting skills with business sense and MS software operation skills; * Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; Responsible and reliable.
