Full Job Description
As a Attorney, you will represent a wide range of small and mid-size companies defending their rights against government (state and federal) challenges. This role is a unique opportunity to leverage and enhance your litigation skills in a client-centric environment, often requiring you to engage and work with C-level executives and other senior-level professionals. You will learn a tremendous amount concerning numerous industries and business operations across the country As a premier consulting and technology firm, alliant is focused on providing solutions to help businesses transform and thrive while acting as their ongoing growth partner. alliant offers a variety of services to our clients and this role is within the alliantgroup service line which helps companies identify and leverage the largest federal and state incentives available including R&D and 179D. **Responsibilities:** * Evaluate evidence, develop realistic evaluations of cases, and position our clients to ensure the best opportunity for success * Develop and implement strategies to best represent clients in federal and/or state examinations * Gather, review, and analyze required and necessary documentation in response to requests from federal and/or state government * Draft and prepare information for presentation to the federal and/or state government * Prepare witnesses and participate in client interviews with the federal and/or state government * Prepare and present client cases before federal and/or state government * Conduct legal research and draft memorandum and other documents to be submitted to the federal and/or state government * Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the federal and/or state government and provide exceptional client service * Manage and maintain client relationships and collaboratively work with multi-disciplinary teams in a constructive fashion to drive results **Qualifications:** * JD or equivalent, and active license to practice law in any state * Pref
