Minimum 2 years within the Aviation industry (Materials/Supply Chain/Technical Support), Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD modules), Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), Professional fluency in written and verbal English

Diploma or ‘A’ Degree in Logistics or Aviation preferred
What You'll Do.
Serve as the strategic liaison between ATR’s Global Supply Chain and its regional operators.
Transition from transactional processing to high-level account management.
Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' within ATR
ensuring operational continuity
material availability
and long-term strategic planning for assigned operators.
Conduct structured customer reviews and site visits to identify material pain points
and operational requirements.
Maintain real-time oversight of customer priorities and urgent requirements to ensure supply chain alignment.
Analyze material support KPIs
present performance data to operators
and establish collaborative Action Plans.
Collaborate with operators on maintenance forecasting (C-Checks
major components) and line maintenance stock strategies to ensure proactive parts provisioning.
Provide the Commercial and Sales departments with competitive market intelligence and assist in developing value-based propositions to customers.
Act as a conduit for the Supply Chain team
providing demand visibility and accurate prioritization to improve inventory lead times.
Serve as the primary internal focal point to synchronize Technical
and Repair departments for seamless service delivery.
Support the resolution of complex Aircraft on Ground (AOG) scenarios where standard inventory is unavailable
reflecting customer operational situation as accurately as possible to ATR AOG Desk.
Act as the escalation point for the New Back Office (NBO) to resolve highly complex or non-standard material queries.
Identify potential material dissatisfaction or supply risks and communicate them to Customer Support Directors (CSD) to manage customer expectations efficiently.

Team & Collaboration
Align diverse internal departments (Supply, Repairs, Commercial) to prioritize customer needs.; Serve as the primary internal focal point to synchronize Technical, Commercial, Supply, and Repair departments for seamless service delivery.
Communication Scope
Professional fluency in written and verbal English; Ability to translate complex supply chain data into clear, actionable insights for both airline operators and ATR senior management.
