What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, Legally authorized to work in the U. S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship
Nice to Have
Ticket operations experience for a collegiate or professional sports program, Experience with ticket management systems including Ticketmaster, Experience working with priority seating systems
What You'll Do.
and execution of ticket sales for assigned sports and small events
Provide exceptional service
process orders and refunds
and build fan relationships
Implement mobile ticketing solutions and coordinate with the ticketing system vendor
Assist with donors on seating assignments and apply priority seating policies
Collaborate with unit leadership on pricing strategies
promotional initiatives
and revenue generation
Assist with distribution and delivery of season tickets
Lead box office operations and serve as the on‑site ticket supervisor at designated events
Oversee comp ticket requests for student‑athletes
and staff through ARMS
Complete end‑of‑season reporting
Adhere to policies and regulations of the Athletics Department
