What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree, 1 year of related experience, Current CPR/AED certification, Certified Athletic Trainer through BOC, Licensed Athletic Trainer in Iowa
Nice to Have
Experience with track/field athletes, Experience with cross country athletes, Experience delivering rehabilitation, Experience with reconditioning, Experience with post-surgical cases, Experience utilizing performance technologies, Experience in RED's risk mitigation, Certification as Corrective Exercise Specialist, Experience supervising athletic training students, Experience mentoring athletic training students

Administer athletic training services
Communicate with physicians
Collaborate with medical specialists
Collaborate with coaches
Collaborate with sports dietitians
Collaborate with mental health professionals
Collaborate with strength staff
Partner with physicians
Optimize care for injuries
Optimize care for illnesses
Distribute injury risk mitigation measures
Recommend injury risk mitigation strategies
Document athletic health care activities
Provide clinical supervision
