Must Have

Bachelor's Degree Required, CPR / BLS Certification, Certified Athletic Trainer (AT), Licensed Athletic Trainer (AT), Experience with Casting / DME Splinting

Nice to Have

Experience in sports medicine, Experience in athletic training, Experience in therapeutic environment, Evidence of leadership, Problem-solving abilities, Effective communication skills, Basic computer skills, Clinical competence

What You'll Do.

Fit patients with durable medical equipment

Provide service based on criteria

Act as liaison between providers

Prepare patients for physician visit

Perform laboratory and diagnostic testing

Document results in the EMR

Provide therapeutic exercise plan

Provide patient education

Provide follow-up planning

Assist with patient and family treatment plan adjustments

Assist with other procedures

Provide telephone management and support

Collaborate with community resources

Collaborate with equipment vendors

Collaborate with home care vendors

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Obtain general medical histories

Obtain daily care histories

Perform specialty-specific physical exams

Provide lectures to community

Provide programs to community

Provide education opportunities to community

Develop patient and family educational materials

Assure smooth workflows

Assure efficient operations

Monitor quality measures

Assure compliance with regulatory bodies

Participate in patient care clinical projects

Participate in initiatives

Assist leadership with marketing

Assist leadership with growing patient population

Ensure cleanliness of area

Maintain inventory of supplies

Order supplies as needed

Schedule patient appointments

Assist with front office activities

Assist with scanning outside records into EMR

Work jointly with management

Maintain Endeavor Health Performance Improvement Standards

Perform other duties as assigned

Maintain frequent communication with clinical team

Communicate regarding patient status
