10+ years of experience, Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, 5+ years experience managing a team of ATE Test Engineers, Deep hands-on experience with Advantest V93000 (93K) tester, Experience running SmartTest 8 (SMT8), Experience with test program development, Experience with tester bring-up, Experience with cell-level infrastructure management, Proven hands-on experience operating lab environments, Experience managing physical test cell setups, Experience managing load boards, Experience managing tester resources at scale, Understanding of digital design fundamentals, Understanding of RF design fundamentals, Understanding of analog design fundamentals, Understanding of Design for Test (DFT), Understanding of manufacturing concepts, Demonstrated experience with advanced technology nodes, Experience with RF SOI processes, Experience with FinFET processes, Proficiency in scripting languages, Proficiency in high-level languages, Programming skills for writing test programs, Programming skills for debugging test programs, Programming skills for hardware-related issues
