What You'll Achieve.
Ensure ATC/CBTC systems are delivered in accordance with project requirements; Support safe, reliable, and efficient railway operations; Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and programme requirements; Ensure timely and accurate installation of signalling equipment; Verify system functionality and performance; Ensure adherence to safety protocols; Ensure system compatibility and approvals

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Railway Engineering, or related field, Minimum 15+ years of experience in ATC/CBTC signalling systems within the rail industry, Minimum 10 years of experience in rail projects and/or rail operations, Proven experience in CBTC, ETCS, or equivalent high-capacity signalling systems, hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of signalling systems, Experience overseeing contractor works related to installation and testing of electronic and signalling systems, Good understanding of interlocking systems, track circuits, radio systems, and cab signalling, experience in system integration and multidisciplinary interface management, Experience in Systems Engineering processes, requirements management, and V&V, knowledge of RAMS and System Assurance processes, Ability to troubleshoot complex electronic and signalling systems, Experience working on large-scale rail infrastructure programmes
Nice to Have
Associate degree / technical diploma with extensive experience, GCC or international experience, Exposure to airport integration or high-demand transport hubs, Professional certification or membership in a relevant institute
What You'll Do.
Lead design and development of ATC and signalling systems
Oversee installation and testing of ATC/CBTC systems
Coordinate with contractors and project teams
Review and interpret technical specifications
Coordinate and supervise testing and commissioning activities
Maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct inspections and support safety audits
Ensure integration of signalling systems
Support Systems Engineering processes
Ensure compliance with EN 50126 / EN 50128 / EN 50129
Participate in design reviews
Support preparation and review of technical specifications
Coordinate with stakeholders
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Support interface coordination
