The AT Workforce Development team partners with site WFD teams, subject matter experts, and leaders to deliver standardized programs that support workforce readiness, operational performance, and audit compliance across our global manufacturing network. As a WFD Specialist, you will support learning programs, drive governance and standardization, and use data to measure and improve training effectiveness. This role is suited for individuals with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities **Develop Workforce Competence & Capabilities ** * Conduct learning needs analyses to identify existing skill gaps and develop strategies aimed at fostering workforce competency development. * Recommend appropriate internal or external learning methods, tools, and programs to facilitate skill growth within the organization. * Collaborate with subject matter experts and site training representatives to create, review, and effectively deploy training solutions. * Develop, revise, and enhance course materials utilizing effective instructional design principles. * Deliver and facilitate classroom or alternative trainin
