The AT Workforce Development team partners with site WFD teams, subject matter experts, and leaders to deliver standardized programs that support workforce readiness, operational performance, and audit compliance across our global manufacturing network. As a WFD Specialist, you will support learning programs, drive governance and standardization, and use data to measure and improve training effectiveness. This role is suited for individuals with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
