What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7-8 years of post-qualification experience in public accounting and client management/facing role, Chartered accountant/CPA technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP, 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory role
Nice to Have
knowledge of IFRS will be an added advantage
What You'll Do.
manage the engagement team in performing the financial statement audits from planning and testing through the reporting phase
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
managing relationships

Plan and design audit strategies and approaches tailored to clients' industry and ensure compliancewith regulatory requirements and accounting standards
Manage the end-to-end audit process
and resource allocation.
Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management or audit committees
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards
Oversee and manage a team
providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality audit work that isconducted in accordance with professional standards and firm policies
Participate in the firm's growth initiatives by identifying and promoting new ideas and business solutionsthat result in extended services to existing clients
Contribute to proposals and presentations for prospective clients
Network with industry professionals and participate in profession
Contribute to the development of firm policies and procedures
