We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Team Leader to join our organization in Chennai, India. In this role, you will support senior leadership in managing team operations, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, organizational excellence, and a commitment to developing team members while maintaining operational efficiency. * Assist in overseeing daily team operations and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and procedures * Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement * Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members * Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career development * Facilitate effective communication between the team and senior management * Identify and resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks in a timely manner * Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives * Conduct performance reviews and maintain accurate documentation of team activities * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements * Assist in scheduling, resource allocation, and workload management ## Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or team coordination role * Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment * Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a professional and decisive approach * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in time management and organizational planning * Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking * Experience with performance management and employee development * Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Strong attention to detail and commitment t
