Provide administrative support to Facilities Management team
Ensure timely and accurate completion FM reports
Be accessible for escalation of all FM related
Oversee the Helpdesk work process
Provide management advice to Helpdesk operators
Ensure planning and execution of preparation for Conferences
Oversee the Mailroom process
Oversee the Front Office function
Ensure visitors are promptly attended
Take rounds of the front office and lobby
Oversee the Housekeeping Services
Assess service delivery of HK vendor
Coordinate meetings with vendor for resolution of service
Oversee Cafeteria Services
Ensure caterers maintain highest standards of hygiene
Ensure quality and quantity of food supplies meet
Escalate food supply issues to caterers’ management
Make swift alternate arrangements for food supplies
Communicate with users and provide alternate solutions
Coordinate with all service providing vendors
Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify
Initiate immediate rectification actions
Prepare weekly shift rosters for Helpdesk
Communicate rosters in advance to staff and transport
