We are hiring experienced Asst Floor Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar. #### Key Responsibilities · Assist the Floor Manager in overseeing daily restaurant floor operations · Supervise front-of-house staff including waiters, hosts, and service crew · Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times · Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and discipline · Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally · Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow · Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards · Support staff training, scheduling, and shift coordination · Assist in achieving restaurant sales and operational targets · Monitor inventory of service items and report shortages · Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards · Prepare shift reports and support management with daily operations 🔹 Benefits: ✔ Attractive Salary ✔ Accommodation & Transportation Provided ## Requirements · Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred · 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations · Previous supervisory experience in restaurants or cafés preferred · Strong leadership and team management skills · Excellent communication and customer service abilities · Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment · Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills · Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations
