Supports implementation of comprehensive EHS programs across JLL-managed properties, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting safety excellence. ## Key Responsibilities * Conduct facility audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance * Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions * Deliver EHS training programs to employees, contractors, and occupants * Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills * Track EHS metrics, maintain compliance documentation and reporting * Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives * Collaborate with property managers, engineers, and clients on safety matters ## Qualifications **Required:** * Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, or related field * 3-5 years EHS experience (commercial real estate/facilities preferred) * Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations * Strong communication and problem-solving skills **Preferred:** * Professional certifications (CSP, ASP, CHMM) * Experience with EHS management software * Multi-site or client-facing environment experience Reports to EHS Manager/Director.
