Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing project scoping, resourcing, budgeting, timelines, and overall delivery execution. Lead Workday HCM implementation and configuration activities across multiple clients and modules. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership value. Monitor project performance, address escalations, and ensure timely communication with leadership and stakeholders. Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to consultants to ensure high-quality delivery and professional growth. Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and participating in internal enablement initiatives. Track and meet key performance indicators including utilization, service levels, and customer satisfaction targets. Ensure successful delivery of business requirements through testing, configuration, and deployment activities. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Workday HCM within consulting, implementation, or client-facing project delivery roles. Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting, with exposure to additional modules (e.g., Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, Learning, Benefits, Prism, BIRT). Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines. Strong understanding of project management and change management methodologies. Excellent client management skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Ability to lead, coach, and support distributed teams in a global delivery environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills.
