Eligibility Requirements

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1+ years of experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment, 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Nice to Have

1+ years of experience Managing supplier performance, 1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and all levels of leadership, 1+ years of experience with improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, systematic problem solving), 1+ years of experience with strategy development and execution, Bachelors degree or higher

What You'll Do.

Facilitate supplier/subcontractor business relationships and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.

Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance to identify potential risks

Develop and execute supply base work movement plans and integrates with customer

program and commodity stakeholders.

Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans.
