Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead client discovery sessions, assessments, and stakeholder discussions to gain a deep understanding of organizational goals, operational challenges, and revenue cycle performance. Design customized revenue optimization solutions that align client needs with scalable service offerings while ensuring technical feasibility, operational effectiveness, and financial viability. Conduct detailed assessments to identify improvement opportunities, define scope of work, establish workflows, recommend organizational structures, and develop implementation roadmaps. Analyze client cost structures, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and projected financial outcomes to support solution development and business case creation. Develop compelling proposals, presentations, case studies, and client-facing materials that clearly communicate value, expected outcomes, and service capabilities. Collaborate closely with sales, product, delivery, and leadership teams to support business development efforts and ensure successful solution execution. Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to solution team members while contributing strategic insights to enhance products, services, and market offerings. Support consulting engagements and assessment studies, including on-site client visits when required, and contribute to the successful acquisition and expansion of client relationships. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. 12–15 years of experience in client-facing, consultative, or managerial roles within healthcare technology, healthcare services, or Revenue Cycle Management environments. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience at the Director level or above, with demonstrated success managing complex client engagements.
