What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 5-7 years progressive HR or talent management experience, 3+ years experience in a managerial capacity, Proven track record of implementing HR strategies and initiatives, Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
Nice to Have
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR), Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
What You'll Do.
Advance culture through employee handbooks and policies
Develop fringe benefit offering
Procure and develop enterprise ERP solution
Ensure accuracy of HRIS data and affiliated systems
Develop annual review process
Develop review templates
Develop calibration guides
Recruit key onshore positions
Partner with vendors on offshore roles
Develop robust onboarding process
Architect culture of ongoing learning
Develop learning modules for managers
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
Provide guidance to managers on HR matters
Provide support to employees on HR matters
Lead diversity and inclusion efforts
Promote diverse and inclusive workplace
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Execute HR initiatives
