Must Have

Previous experience in a consulting or professional services firm required, 12-15+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, Understanding of consulting service lines including technology, strategy, and transformation, Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth, ideally within a line of business, Deep expertise in integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and content strategy, Experience in managing sponsorships and planning/executing events, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, storytelling and content able to shape executive-ready presentations, narratives, and collateral, Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions, Ability to be flexible, work in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing business requirements, Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing complex initiatives and developing high-performing teams, Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems, Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing executive to play a strong leadership role within our broader integrated marketing team. This role will report to the CMO and partner with our lines of business (LOBs) to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the firm's visibility, attract potential clients, and drive business growth. The scope of this role includes oversight of LOB marketing and sponsorships and events, as well as serving as the marketing leader for Chartis’ AI & Technology Division. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and both a strategic thinker and doer who can build on our existing marketing foundation and help fuel Chartis’ next stage of growth.
