Bachelor's degree, 8-10+ years of experience in technology transformation, change management, or strategic communications, Experience supporting technology/system implementations (e.g., EHR, ERP, digital platforms, AI tools), critical and strategic thinking skills, Demonstrated expertise in: stakeholder analysis and engagement, change strategy and planning, and building and activating change networks, Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex programs with project/program management rigor, Deep understanding of healthcare organizational structures, especially in provider environments, Exceptional strategic communication skills, including executive messaging and large-scale engagement campaigns, Ability to activate leadership, influence behavior, and drive adoption across cultural, regional, and technological dimensions, balance of systems thinking and practical execution, Experience in learning and development, including applying principles of how adults learn to design effective change and communication strategies
