Must Have

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a business-related field, Minimum 3 years of real estate valuation or underwriting experience, financial modeling/data management skills, Ability to work with complex excel workbooks, Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills necessary, Must be a motivated self-starter with team leadership and problem-solving skills, the aptitude to think independently, and the motivation to work with a team in a rapidly changing environment, A work ethic and desire to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment, Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail and an ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Nice to Have

Argus Enterprise experience is preferred, Experience supporting institutional real estate investors or private equity backed portfolios, Prior exposure to multi‑asset or diversified portfolios (industrial, office or net lease preferred), Familiarity with quarterly valuation cycles and recurring management or investor reporting, Experience processing and analyzing portfolio datasets, including comfort working with structured data across multiple familiarity with tools such as Power Query, Python, or similar data analysis tools, Progress toward or completion of CFA, CPA, or MAI (or intent to pursue)

What You'll Do.

Provide portfolio analytics summaries

Provide property-level performance reporting

Analyze investment data in Excel

Assess complex Excel models

Leverage technology for efficiency

Prepare presentations and investment summaries

Gather and report market intelligence

Provide management reporting for financial details

Support external 3rd party asset appraisal

Support valuation model process

Coordinate with auditor

Support quarterly valuation advisor process

Provide analytical and valuation support

Obtain property information from source systems

Build data quality mechanisms

Manage and maintain cash flow models

Build and maintain control processes

Perform other duties as requested

Work with a team in a rapidly changing environment; Coordinate with and support the Blackstone team; Support the Blackstone team in its work with its auditor
