What You'll Do.

Coordinate underwriting process

Support risk assessment of M&A transactions

Prepare standard contracts

Participate in underwriting calls

Prepare and negotiate policies

Handle administrative tasks

Coordinate with external advisors

Maintain relationships with PE firms

Support operational tasks

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate with brokers and external legal advisors; Coordinate with foreign colleagues; Collaborate with Private Equity firms; Collaborate with Inhouse M&A departments; Collaborate with Investment Banking teams; Collaborate with specialized insurance brokers; Collaborate with law firms; Support Head of M&A; Support claims department

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills; Fluent German; Fluent English
