Must Have
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Proficiency in Tamil & English (Read, Write & Speak mandatory), Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and computer operations, Ability to handle sensitive content in a professional and composed manner, High attention to detail, Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Nice to Have
Prior experience in content moderation, community moderation, or a similar role, Experience in Trust & Safety operations, Familiarity with social, audio, or video-based community platforms, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume moderation environment
