Must Have

At least 4 years of financial services, management consulting, or technology consulting experience

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience, Treasury management product knowledge, financial and business acumen, oral and written communication skills, business analysis and integrated thinking skills, Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

What You'll Do.

Support assigned Treasury Management Consultants (TMCs) and nurture assigned customers.

React to active sales opportunities and provide insight and recommendations to customers to drive digital transformation

improve the client experience and enhance Capital One’s brand in the marketplace.

Support assigned TMC partners with complex relationship and/or deal-based opportunities.

Respond to requests and execute portfolio/market action plans.

Understand client business and assist customers in resolving business issues.

Support assigned TMCs with sales related disciplines that help tie customers to the Bank.

Consult clients and create find value-added solutions while leveraging products and technology to benefit client businesses through efficiency

cost savings and simplicity.

Assist TMCs with customer analysis and distill analysis into impactful presentations focused on generating value for clients.

Attend client presentations to learn client facing behaviors from TMCs and add value by actively participating in discussions.

Action all leads uncovered as a result of marketing nurturing campaigns or other referral sources.

Attend agreed-upon stakeholder meetings (ie: Pipeline meetings) and sales enablement meetings.

Contribute to working capital efficiency opportunities for a business and deepen relationship ensure business awareness of market and industry identify dissatisfiers and escalate appropriately.

Develop an understanding of product features and functionality and client level profitability to be able to maximize potential and find win-win situations for Capital One and clients.

Communicate customer needs and opportunities for new and existing products to the Treasury Management product organization.

Escalate all RFP’s and any sales opportunities that exceed maximum thresholds.

Manage risk management responsibilities associated with assigned portfolio.

Support assigned Treasury Management Consultants (TMCs).; Work with the Commercial Bank value chain.; Work closely with commercial clients.; Know the subject matter experts to bring in to solve problems.; Attend agreed-upon stakeholder meetings (ie: Pipeline meetings) and sales enablement meetings.; Communicate customer needs and opportunities for new and existing products to the Treasury Management product organization.
