Meets or exceeds all sales goals and objectives assigned; Develops and increases customer base and continually enhances Globus product market share within assigned territory
Industry & Context.
Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends, Required to climb or and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, Required to possess specific visons abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Science or Business, Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends, understanding of extremeties’ anatomy, Ability to make sales presentations with positive results
Nice to Have
1-2 years’ successful Trauma sales experience preferred, may consider other healthcare related sales and or business to business sales experience

Assist Trauma Territory Manager
Perform field ride alongs
Develop and increase customer base
Provide feedback on product development
Maintain conduct aligned with quality policy
Stay current with compliance training

Represent company professionally
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work together with the Trauma Territory Manager; Field ride along with the Area Director and Trauma Territory Manager
