Must Have

Bachelors Degree in STEM, 0 years experience (Level 1), 1 years relevant engineering experience (Level 2), Active U. S. Government Clearance, Ability to obtain PAR, Experience with project management, Communication skills, Experience in design, fabrication, implementation of tooling, Experience with general metallic fabrication, Experience with 3D CAD systems, Experience creating free-body-diagrams, Analyzing tooling for stress and fatigue

Nice to Have

BS in Mechanical, Aerospace or Civil Engineering, Active DoD Secret Security Clearance, Experience in aerospace manufacturing, Experience with tooling for composites, NX experience, FEA experience, Design of molds, machining fixtures, handling, assembly tools

Disposition discrepant tooling

Support critical production builds

Provide communication between shifts

Support metrology efforts

Support tooling transportation

Support tooling maintenance

Support tool design group

Manage tooling projects

Manage external Tooling Design/Fabrication Shops

Concept special tooling

Design special tooling

Witness source inspection

Approve source inspection

Proof tooling upon receipt

Maintain tooling documentation

Provide tooling cost estimates

Provide tooling schedule estimates

Document stress analysis of tools
