As **Associate Test Engineer** , you will be responsible for: **JOB DUTIES:** **Support Production Testers to provide Business Continuity** * Provide additional Troubleshooting expertise to test technicians. * Document issues in production and create root cause corrective actions. * Identify upstream locations where errors occur and propose Poka-yoke process improvements **Continuous Improvement Mentality / Zero defect Culture** * Monitor test station productivity (time-based process requirements) * Execute and Document Productivity Improvements * Execute First Pass Yield continuous improvement tasks **Tester Maintenance** * Review top 3 tester downtime causes per month and propose, execute and document countermeasures and corrective actions. * Develop and Execute Tester Maintenance program. * Review / Update Drawings to support documentation accuracy **Leading / Teaching Test Technicians** * Provide Training to testers on best practices and system knowledge to promote development in test team.CR Implementation * Execute manufacturing Testing Tasks for CR milestones. * Provide Support to Prototype and Pilot Orders **CR Implementation** * Execute manufacturing Testing Tasks for CR milestones. * Provide Support to Prototype and Pilot Orders **Additional Responsibilities:** * Complete Quality CIT assignments * Support Quality Audits * Supporting EVC process issues **HIRING REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor
