Flash is seeking an Associate Technical Writer to support documentation efforts for our OS (Flash PARCS) product line, with a strong focus on quality assurance workflows, troubleshooting, internal knowledge enablement, and also customer-facing docs for the Customer Help Center This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience working with Flash PARCs or similar parking systems, who can translate real-world operational and technical knowledge into clear, structured, and easy-to-follow documentation. You will work closely with QA, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure that documentation reflects how the system actually behaves in production—not just how it is designed. As part of our team, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, drive meaningful product improvements, and contribute to a customer-first culture in a dynamic, fast-growing company! Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
