What You'll Do.
Lead on-site automation installations across Europe & EEMEAP
Provide advanced service support and troubleshooting for automation and informatics solutions
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
Support project preparation
site inspections and tender activities
Monitor instrument performance and contribute to service recovery plans
Deliver technical training and coaching to Abbott colleagues and customers
Contribute to continuous improvement by analysing existing solutions and proposing enhancements
Work in full compliance with Abbott quality and regulatory standards
