Must Have
1+ years of experience utilizing professional/technical writing skills, 1+ years of working with Adobe Acrobat Pro for manipulating, editing, and cropping PDF files, 1+ years using Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Splunk, and/or Gitlab, 1+ years of experience with MS SharePoint, 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), 1+ years of experience with working with industry specifications for maintenance information (ATA iSpec2200, S1000D, spec 2000, spec 2300, etc. ), 1+ years of experience do you have in Extensible Markup Language (XML)
Nice to Have
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, Experience with technical publications and associated languages (S1000D XML, SGML), Experience in a role that requires functioning in self-directed environment, Experience with government customers to deliver services and products
