8+ years of professional software development experience, 3+ years of experience leading an entire game development team of 8+ software engineers, Proficiency in C++, Proven experience with mobile development, publishing, and platform limitations (hardware, software, and dependencies), Expert knowledge in at least one game development domain (e. g. , UI, Gameplay, Engine), skills in performance and memory optimization, Significant experience fixing low-level issues (memory, multi-threading, obscure crashes), Live Service game ownership experience, Solid understanding of management methodologies (Scrum, FDD, Waterfall), Experience with task planning, estimation, and tracking, Experience mentoring Senior and Lead engineers, understanding of Art and Production workflows within game development, Experience working within globally distributed teams, organizational and communication skills, Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)

We're looking for a Technical Director with a strong technical background and production expertise to lead the development of multiple mobile projects for one of our partners. In this role, you will be the key stakeholder for technical execution, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality standards and production efficiency. You will act as an independent auditor, consultant, and technology owner, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering.
