What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in fashion design or related program, 2-3 years industry experience with-in Technical Design or Patternmaking
What You'll Do.
Support department led by Sr. Managers Technical Design
Provide technical support to gain clear direction
Help establish pattern blocks to maintain fit consistency
Establish category/brand standards for fit
Complete technical specification packets
Communicate with vendors/factories for garment creation
Identify potential production
Evaluate garment to determine compliance
Participate in fit sessions on live models
Make appropriate fit and construction adjustments
Ensure all deadlines support T&A calendar objectives
Enhance and evolve processes
Manage workload for own brands
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with partners for aesthetic, fit intent, specs; Collaborate and develop relationships with design, sourcing, merchandising, QA; Work with Technical Design leaders to enhance processes
