Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, 2–3 years of experience in medical devices, Fluency in English and Arabic
Nice to Have
Experience working in catheterization laboratories, Experience in interventional cardiology, Experience in vascular procedures, Experience in cardiovascular procedures, Familiarity with medical device technologies, Familiarity with clinical case support, Additional certifications or training related to biomedical engineering, Additional certifications or training related to clinical applications
What You'll Do.
Provide technical and clinical support during procedures
Ensure safe and effective use of Medtronic products
Deliver product training
Deliver clinical education to healthcare professionals
Develop professional relationships with healthcare providers
Maintain professional relationships with hospital staff
Collaborate with sales teams
Collaborate with marketing teams
Collaborate with clinical teams
Support account development
Support therapy adoption
Monitor consignment inventory
Manage consignment inventory
Ensure product availability for procedures
Maintain accurate records of case support activities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Maintain accurate records of inventory
Ensure compliance with company policies
Ensure compliance with quality standards
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide clinical support during Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
Support physicians during Renal Denervation (RDN) procedures
