What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related healthcare field, 2–3 years of experience in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry, Fluency in English and Arabic
Nice to Have
Experience working in catheterization laboratories (Cath Lab), Experience in interventional cardiology, Experience in vascular procedures, Experience in other cardiovascular procedures, Familiarity with medical device technologies, Familiarity with clinical case support, Additional certifications or training related to biomedical engineering, Additional certifications or training related to clinical applications
What You'll Do.
Provide technical and clinical support during procedures
Deliver product training and clinical education
Develop and maintain professional relationships
Collaborate with sales
Support account development and therapy adoption
Monitor and manage consignment inventory
Maintain accurate records of case support activities
Ensure compliance with company policies
Provide clinical support during Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
Support physicians during Renal Denervation (RDN) procedures
Assist with therapy adoption initiatives
Work closely with Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) teams
Support procedures and deliver clinical training

Frequent travel within the assigned territory is required to provide case support, deliver product training, and ensure excellent customer service
