Must Have
Minimum of 5 years in clinical operations, customer support, or laboratory coordination, Bachelors/Masters in Life science/Pharmacology/Clinical research or related field, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving skills, Customer‑focused approach with effective stakeholder management, Ability to work independently and in a team setting, Proficiency in documentation, tracking, and follow‑up activities
Nice to Have
Experience in Investigator Support, PCC, PSC, or related clinical service roles, Prior experience communicating with investigator sites or sponsors, Exposure to SOP‑driven or regulated environments, Experience interacting with investigator sites, sponsors, or clinical research teams, Knowledge of laboratory processes, SOW requirements, and clinical support workflows, Familiarity with escalation management and quality event processes, Experience with global process alignment or operational excellence initiatives

**Work Schedule** As per business requirement: Rotating shift- AM (5:30 AM-2:30 PM)/GS (10 AM-7 PM)/PM (2 PM-11 PM) IST office based. Night shift – Home based. **Job Responsibilities** **Primary Responsibilities** * Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, exclusion flags, and test cancellations as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). * Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds; inform the Supervisor and Project Manager of any delays. * Update the database with accurate and appropriate information and notify relevant personnel of additional testing needs. * Provide support to sites and sponsors for project-related questions via phone and email. * Ensure effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Assist and support management in implementing global processes and procedures. * Track and report metrics as determined by management within agreed timelines. * Document all service failures, ensure resolution, and escalate incomplete resolutions to management. * Act as a liaison for internal and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. * Convey investigator site needs during discussions on new policies or procedures. * Prioritize and promote a culture focused on patient safety; promptly address and escalate patient safety issues when needed. * Ensure investigator needs are considered prior to implementing new processes and procedures. * Identify abnormalities in fax transmissions to recipients per SOW and database requirements. * Identify database load issues resulting in requisition holds and notify the Technical Administrator and Project Manager. * Support management and trainers in answering queries or complaints from other departments or team members. * Escalate team expectations and concerns to management in a constructive manner. * Assist management during audits, reportable issues, CAIRs, and other quality-related activities. * Work w
