What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Foundational SQL skills, comfort working with data from relational or cloud‑based databases, Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile or SDLC‑based environment, communication skills, willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow as a developer
Nice to Have
Hands‑on experience with Tableau (or other tools like Alteryx or Power BI), professional experience is ideal but not required, Familiarity with data visualization best practices, interest in learning Tableau content governance

partner with senior Tableau developers and business stakeholders; work collaboratively in an Agile or SDLC‑based environment; mentored by experienced team members
