You will train alongside experienced operators to learn system operations, grid reliability, and energy balancing while working toward NERC certification. Through hands-on experience and collaboration with experienced team members, you will build critical skills and gain exposure to meaningful, real-world work.** **What You’ll Do** * Learn to monitor and operate the bulk electric system to maintain reliability and system balance * Support real-time operations by observing system conditions and assisting with control actions * Train on tools and systems used for energy scheduling, transmission management, and system monitoring * Assist with logging, documentation, and communication to ensure accurate shift turnover and system visibility * Collaborate with system operators, power marketers, and plant personnel to support safe operations * Prepare for and obtain NERC System Operator Certification through structured training and hands-on learning **What You’ll Need** * High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or degree; equ
