DEINE AUFGABEN - Du gestaltest und entwickelst strategische Initiativen im Supply Chain Management zur Skalierung, Effizienzsteigerung und Professionalisierung der Organisation. - Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Optimierung von Einkaufs-, Logistik- und SCM-Prozessen sowie zur Erschließung neuer Wertschöpfungspotenziale entlang der Lieferkette. - Du treibst die digitale Transformation im SCM voran und identifizierst Anwendungsfälle für Automatisierung, Advanced Analytics und KI. - Leitung und Koordination cross-funktionaler Projekte gemeinsam mit Einkauf, Logistik, Fulfillment, Finance, Tech und weiteren Fachbereichen. - Du analysierst geschäftskritische Herausforderungen, entwickelst datenbasierte Lösungen und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen mit messbarem Business Impact ab. - Du arbeitest eng mit Technologie- und Produktteams zusammen, um skalierbare Prozesse, Systeme und Strukturen für die SCM-Organisation zu schaffen. DEIN PROFIL - 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in einem analytischen oder strategischen, dynamischen Umfeld, z. B. Strategieberatung oder Scale-up. - Hohe strategische Denkschärfe, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen strukturiert zu bearbeiten. - Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer, cross-funktionaler Projekte in dynamischen Or
