Must Have

degree in Agronomy, Golf Course Management, or a related field, minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, bilingual in French and English, valid pesticide certification, proficiency with MS Office and modern turf management software

What You'll Do.

coordinating weekly and daily course maintenance operations

leading grounds crews

supporting the agronomic vision

ensuring course quality and safety

coordinate activities such as grow-in operations

and cultural practices

Conduct agronomic monitoring and on-course observations

Centralize data and follow up with corrective actions

Support the deployment of new technologies

Uphold quality and safety standards across all maintenance operations

Support staff training
